Herd Bull BBQ

Herd Bull BBQ is an on-going freelance branding initiative for Herd Bull BBQ. Using the imagery of a herd bull elk, the name and logo derive from the respect and admiration of elk. The tradition of hunting and good food is in abundance The logo, typography and wood grain are influenced by old nineteenth century wood block type, burned in wood with chipped edges from the branding of the metal into the wood. This is an ongoing branding project, ranging from event booth design, print, digital to web branding.
